Season Well helps people learn how to grow, cook and eat seasonal food. We can help more people through working with organisations already linked to their communities. We have worked with Mental Wellbeing charities, Older People’s charities, Learning Disability charities, Community Centres etc.
Your service users will get all the wellbeing benefits from time spent gardening and access to fresh, healthy produce.
We can offer your organisation one-off workshops and tailored courses or we can work with you as consultants to develop your own bespoke food growing and cooking project. We can work with your organisation to help set up your own food growing space

Our one off introductory workshops look at particular aspects of seasonal cooking or growing or sustainable eating such as: Getting Growing with microgreens; Cooking with seasonal vegetables; Sustainable shopping and food storing
We also offer longer courses such as a 4 session Getting started with growing your own fruit herbs and vegetables.
Our seasonal cooking courses can be as little as 3 sessions or up to 12 session and could feature: Seasonal vegetarian cooking; Baking with seasonal fruit and veg; Healthy seasonal recipes; Making seasonal preserves or whatever suits your community
Costs will be dependent on what you choose but our half day courses cost from £90 and full day from £150
We will work with you to plan and develop your own edible garden, suitable for your organisation’s needs. We will help to upskill your staff and plan, how you will maintain your edible garden. We can provide cooking courses or work with your organisation to ensure you can best make use of your produce. We are familiar with working to funding requirements with experience of bid writing
